WARRANTY: 

The goods are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 6 months from date of purchase and FLAGS R US will at its discretion, repair or replace as deemed fit. The warranty shall not be Valid if having detected a fault, and the user continues to use the product. This warranty does not apply to any goods or part of that has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, incorrect installation, accident, or damage by Food, Fire or acts of nature. 
Under this warranty FLAGS R US is limited to repairing or replacing a part without charge. 
FLAGS R US liability is confined to the buyer only and the buyers rights are not assignable without the consent from FLAGS R US.
